Please read this page carefully before booking.

• Hotel Accommodations Sourcing (HAS) acts solely as agent between the participant and supplier for providing services as described. HAS will not assume responsibility for any claims, damages or expenses arising from situations beyond our control.

• All itineraries are "tentative".  While we make every effort to follow the original advertised itinerary, we may make changes to improve the tour, or for reasons beyond out control. If any component of a tour cannot be honoured by the contracted supplier, HAS will make every effort to provide a comparable alternative, however no liability should be inferred from these efforts.

ACCOMMODATIONS BOOKINGS

GROUPS : The following schedule of cancellation fees apply.  

1. Cancel up to 31 days prior: no fees
2. Cancel 30 days to 8 days prior: 25% of accommodation cost
3. Cancel 7 days - 2 days prior: 50% of tour accommodation cost

*Please remember there is a $75 non-refundable administrative booking fee  for each cancellation scenario noted above:

• DAY TOURS: All itineraries are "tentative" in our Day Tours.  While we make every effort to follow the original itinerary, we may have to make changes to improve the tour for reasons beyond our control.  If any component of a tour cannot be honoured by the contracted supplier, HAS will make every effort to provide a comparable alternative, however  no liability should be inferred from these efforts. 

        1. Cancellation Policy depends on Day Tour Operator. Please refer to your 

            Terms and Conditions for each provider.

• We aim to design our tours to your physical fitness ability. Please provide us with knowledge of any physical limitations. We urge you to enquire about our programs and their activity level.  

• All Day tours are conducted in English, unless otherwise arranged.

PROCESS OF REFUNDS

1.  Please send a cancellation email as soon as possible
2.  Refund to be returned via same method as used in booking payment.
