Rachelle
My passion for travel stems from a kindred service background in both the Wellness and the Education industries. I've studied, taught, and worked in the many facets of the Wellness industry.
For the past 25 years or so, my continual pursuit to increase my Wellness knowledge base, has led to my discovery of many destinations and a variety of unique experiences. My drive for knowledge has lead to a CIDESCO International Diploma as a Beauty Therapist (recognized in 36 countries), a Bachelor of Education with a Adult Education major, a diploma in Travel and Tourism as a Travel Consultant, and a Certificate of Training as a Tour Director.
I have extensive knowledge and experience in these destinations: North America, especially the Western and Atlantic Maritime provinces of Canada, the Caribbean Islands, and exotic locale found in Central America such as Costa Rica and Roatan Honduras.
Much of my travel work has been booking corporate retreats and business travel that includes: researching the destination for both accommodations, group excursions and a la carte activities.
Elisabeth
The travel bug bit me in childhood when family visits would take me to Europe. Eventually, I relocated there and completed my Tourism degree and other related travel industry programs which led to the founding of my own Touring company.
For the years that followed, I would Direct, Lead, Design, oversee travel programs ranging in size from 2 - 250+ guests for numerous & diverse Individual Travelers & Groups. The latter would include Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events with Fortune 500 companies and distinguished VIP's from all walks of life!
My continuous quest for new ideas and destinations, either as a Leader or as a participant, of FAM tours continues to enhance my knowledge of many areas and has allowed me to travel to over 50+ countries and still counting! With many favorites on repeat. My many long stays have allowed the opportunity to be immerse 100 % into the local destination and culture. This in turn broadened my cultural understanding of each destination, its people, and their uniqueness!
As mentioned, my travel work has taken me around the world, but I've worked extensively throughout Europe, United Kingdom, and North America creating a wide network of travel industry partnership
